Listing setup: $990 (6mth commitment, waived for a 24mth commitment)

Linens and cleaning products setup: Quoted (based on number of beds, baths and total guest capacity)

  • 3 x organic cotton sheet sets for all beds

  • 3 x organic cotton bathroom sets for all guests

  • Kitchen towels and cloths

  • Organic cleaning supplies for kitchen, bathrooms and all cleaning products required for general areas (also available on regular subscription, quoted based on needs) 

Property management.

Price: 20% of income generated

  • Personalized handling of all booking inquires and guest communications before, during and after their stay.

  • Scheduling cleaners and home turnaround after guest check-out.

  • Optimizing income and occupancy via pricing monitoring.

  • Scheduling maintenance as needed, and attending to immediate issues guests may face during their stay.

  • Resolving any maintenance or repairs after guest stay, if ever needed (including managing insurance claims).

  • Inventory management of kitchen products, cleaning products and linen supplies.

  • Monthly payment of income, with itemized details for tax purposes.
